Studio Policies 2011-2012
1. Payments are due during the
first week of classes each month, for a yearly total of 10 payments. (Summer program & Private lessons
are separate) An additional fee will be charged if a payment is late. If payment is not received by the student's 3rd
class he or she may NOT participate. A fee of $30.00 will be charged for a returned check.

Payments may be made by cash, check, debit card or by Discover, Visa or Master card. Questions and payments will be handled
by parents or guardians. Please do not give your student this responsibility. PAYMENTS MAY BE DROPPED OFF IN THE PAYMENT DROP
BOX IN THE LOBBY OR IN THE OUTSIDE LOCK BOX
PLEASE NOTE: Tuition remains the same whether
it is a long or short month and regardless of absences. Please Kindly Understand tuition is based on 36 weeks.
SEPTEMBER 12th - JUNE 16th . Students are expected and encouraged to attend class on a regular basis. Missed classes may be
made up in another level/age appropriate class. A teacher can help determine which class would be best for make ups. Please
show consideration and arrive on time to class. Please notify the studio in event of an illness or leave of absence. STUDENTS
MAY NOT "SKIP" MONTHS. THE STUDIO WILL NOT PRO-RATE MONTHLY TUITION FOR MISSED CLASSES.
MAKE-UP CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE.
AVOID LATE FEES- Monthly automatic payment options may
be made by Credit Card.
3. Students who "have a tummy ache" or have a "boo
boo" and feel they can not participate will be asked to sit in the homework center until the class is over. Once one
child sits out of class the other children likely to follow and It becomes a distraction to class.

Students must leave the studio accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tell them to remain in our waiting area and not to go
outside until you arrive. PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLASSES ARE 55min. in length*. This is to ensure smooth traffic
flow throughout the studio.
5. The studio will NOT ALWAYS follow the same
holiday schedule/snow days as the public school system. Please refer to our studio calendar and telephone recordings.

PARENTS OF HIP HOP STUDENTS- Please kindly understand, while we do our best to pick clean, age appropriate music, not all
of the music in this genre may be desirable to everyone. We highly recommend Jazz to those who may feel they want a more traditional
style of dance and music.
7. NEW PALTZ STUDENTS MAY TAKE THE BUS TO THE STUDIO. Snack
accounts available (please ask office for details)
8. IN CASE OF QUESTIONABLE WEATHER PLEASE
CALL THE STUDIO 2HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS.
9. REGISTRATION FEES, CURRENT MONTH'S
TUITION AND RECITAL COSTUME DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
10. All students should come to class
in proper dance attire and shoes and have their hair securely tied back. Students are encouraged to bring a bottle of water
to class.
